If you went to high school in the early 80's, you likely saw the movie "Nightmare on Elm St". And if you are like many of us, you didn't ever want to sleep again! What better tea blend to make for this movie than one that PUTS you to sleep? Oh, the irony! Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Linden Leaf and Flower... and of course, Hibiscus, are just a few of the ingredients needed to make someone sleepy.

Sleep tight...

What's your favorite horror movie?

Another delicious blend. It has a very fruity almost cranberry taste. I've only brewed it hot, but I bet it would be just as good cold.
